Already I have given detailed information on MHADA Mumbai lottery and how to apply online for that. And no MHADA has rescently announced lottery for houses in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad. This lottery will be drawn for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) groups. 4,755 houses to residents of Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Solapur, Sangli, and Kolhapur, through three schemes viz Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, which is for low income group (LIG), middle income group (MIG) and high income group (HIG) individuals.

The names of successful applicants in the draw will be published on 7th June 2019 on the MHADA site.

The minimum income group (EWS) is upto Rs 25,000 and

The lower the minimum income group limit (LIG) is Rs 25,001 to Rs 50,001.

One needs PAN card, Aadhaar card, cancelled check or passbook, Passport size photo (up to 50KB), Mobile number (used for WhatsApp) and Email ID

What to do once you win the MHADA lottery?

Successful applicants with 10% of the total amount will be required to submit the eligibility documents to the authorities by January 5, 2019 till 11:59 PM.

The applicant on the waiting list has the date of uploading the eligibility documents till January 5, 2018 till 11:59 PM.

How to apply for MHADA lottery 2018 Pune?

You can fill in the Mhada lottery 2018 Pune application form online by visiting the official website of MHADA

  • Fill in basic information
  • Applicant must keep the soft copy of the photograph (5 KB to 50 KB).
  • Applicant’s PAN number, Date of Birth, AADHAR Card Number
  • Applicant’s Residence Address and Post Pin Number.
  •  Applicant’s personal contact number, home contact number, office contact number, email id, etc.
  • Applicant’s bank account number and respective MICR and IFSC code.

  • After filling the online form, click on the “SUBMIT” button.
  • Also check all the details filled in the online form once again and then click on the “CONFIRM” button.
